how much would it cost to get highlights in JCPenney?
I want to re-dye my hair black again (its faded black now) and get full head blonde highlights. Also my sister wants some red highlights. how much would that be. I would call the place you want to get your hair done, let them know what services you want and the length of your hair, they might be able to provide you with an estimate over the phone. Although, it is hard to say some places do not like doing this, as they want to see your hair length and hair texture. Hope this helps.

Hmmm…….I know the name of it, but i’m worried of giving u the incorrect answer. my sister had got this same look and i’ve really forgot the name of it, so i’d reckon it would be best to go to jcpenney salon themselves or copy and paste the picture, print it out, and take it to the salon yourself. it wouldn’t hurt

I reckon if instead of the black you made it dark brown it would be more apt
no if its long like that but it may be better if its shorter……… none of the extra peircings but it all depends how u look in the hair color…………… but definetly if you dye your hair like that dont get it long………………….

That looks really cute. Yes it might not be suitable, but if you like it go for it! If it doesn’t work you can change the black to like a dark shade of brown and keep the ginger. Not sure how it looks for real but in my head it looks nice.
Who you really need to question is your employer.I personally reckon it looks excellent,but what people reckon does’nt really matter.I would send this picture to your boss,or approach them with the subject,I mean really,times change and all should be more accepting!But some just are not.I hope everything works out for you and if it is a problem,you could always change it!
