How to naturally reduce breast size with exercise?

How to naturally reduce breast size with exercise?

Age: 16 (17 in March 2011)
Height: 5’3″
Weight: 137 lbs
Bra Size: 34D-34DD (I’m actually more like a 32 but they don’t come in that size >.<)

I'd really like to get down to at least a C if possible, and my target weight is (preferably) less than 125 lbs. Will achieving this reduce my breast size?

Also, I have a foot injury (it got run over by a car in early October) so I can't run for excess time periods. I am allowed to exercise, but I'm only allowed to do stuff like cycling, weights, and swimming. My family owns an elliptical...is that close enough to cycling? It's the impact that my foot can't handle, and since your foot doesn't really have to leave the peddle things, I don't see why I can't use an elliptical.

Thanks for the help!

You don’t even need to exercise! Applying Bengay to your breasts really reduces there size gradually over time. Make sure to apply it once a night for 5-10 minutes.
You wont and you can’t reduce it by exercise only, you would need to be dieting too, in fact exercise is more likely to make them larger anyway. Ah sorry, I see you said you are dieting mentioning your target weight. So in that case then yes they will become smaller with the rest of your body too. But sometimes the breast will stay exactly the same and not lose any weight, and therefore if your not liking larger breasts then whilst the rest of you becomes slimmer, the breast will seem even larger still. Bit of a catch 22 scenario really.

But exercise generally will make you appear larger as it tones up the muscles all over your body.

help with coats and winter and boots?

i like fashion. i like free people, anthropologie, urban outfitters and allllll the expensive designers.

but the problem is, i usually end up shopping at urban or target or forever 21.
im turning 15 soon and i really want to wow people in high school, because i am a freshman, with my style. i have really really nice clothes taken from my sisters and my mom :D
but the two things i really need are a niceeeeeeeeee wool or warm coat and some boots.
for the coat:
i want a pea coat, like the double breasted one or something.
i’ve been looking in stores and i found two i really like!

the first coat is incredible and i really like it except its in a size 8 only and im like a 4 or a 6.
i dont really know my exact size because i have clothes that are all diff sizes yet they all magically fit.

do you reckon if i wait a few more weeks, that first coat will restock with my size?
i mean i dont really need the coat straight away, i just wanna be ready for the cold,

the second one i know i cant get , it was even on sale at nordstroms last week for 100$ but my mom said no. is 100 for a coat a excellent price if i wear it everrrryday?

for the shoe, i havent found a shoe i really like yet. i want a normal boot not an ugg boot tho.
maybe black idk.
but i want just something that i would be able to wear alot in school and stuff for the snow and wet weather, but something very pretty.

so whats in style for winter 2010-2011? what should i look to buy?
when i go school shopping in two weeks, what should i get?
please help me?

Best answers:

free people normally restocks its sizes within a month, and id say 60-80 dollars is a reasonable price for a coat
check amiclubwear for cute boots
and you should certainly get some jeggings, plaid button up shirts, and loose vintagey blouses

delias has a ton of peacoats

I like to wear ugg boots in winter so much, they are fantastic, I also got some tips to wear uggs in style:

Michelle Bauchmann, Minnesota Rep. babies, boobs & taxes)?

Is taking issue with Mrs. Obama supporting breast feeding for the babies of the USA. Ms. Bauchmann calls the thought of making nursing supplies tax deductable the equivalent of making a “nanny state”. (I’m perplexed, I thought we ALL like our babies fed and write off’s for excellent family support items)

What are your feelings about this?

If Laura Bush,or Nancy Reagan had proposed this ,she would support it
It isn’t in the constitution so no
Well, breast feeding is well and excellent, but why does one deserve a tax deduction for doing it? What business does the government have in promoting how a person feeds a baby? Bachmann is right. It is simply another attempt of government to get involved in a personal choice. Question – Can mothers who feed their babies formula deduct the formula cost? If not, what is the difference?
Well apparently some people don’t want babies fed without their approval.
I really reckon Bachmann is a nut case, and she goes on to prove it all the time.
You know, seriously, if we as a nation are in such sorry shape that we can’t allow a deduction for the breast pump of a woman who goes to work and can’t be home all day then we ought to pack it in.

I mean really, we can’t burden the wealthy with a two percent increase in income tax, but we can tell a woman she can’t deduct a hundred dollars for a pump?

Who do they reckon needs it more?

There are all sorts of deductions written for the most specific criteria, meant sometimes for one particular person, let alone the far larger amount of nursing mothers. Breast pumps are used to pump milk for when a mother is at work or away for a few hours. Its a one time buy, and if it encourages women to breast feed for a small longer it could be very practical in long term control of obesity.
