It would be Elizabeth and Jason with Cameron and Jake all together in their new home by the Christmas tree and the fireplace. Jake and Cam eating popcorn and playing with toy motorcycles while Jason and Elizabeth decorate the tree. They watch How the Grinch Stole Christmas after the tree decorating and fall asleep as a family on the couch. Eventually Jason carries the boys upstairs and he and Elizabeth go to bed together (for once).

Carly and Jax would be at their home with Morgan AND Michael (he wouldn’t be in coma). Morgan and Michael would be hanging up their character stockings and getting the milk, cookies, and carrots ready for Santa and his reindeer. Meanwhile Carly would be taking snap shots for the Christmas album while rubbing her growing belly. Jax sneaks up behind her with mistletoe and they share a passionate loving kiss for it’s nearly time for their newest member of the family.

Sonny works late at the coffee shop telling his workers to go home and spend time with their families while he cleans up and goes home. Alexis walks into the shop while he is cleaning and offers for him to come spend Christmas with Kristina and her. He smiles with joy and accepts. Kristina is thrilled to see her father and he comes baring the gifts that were under his own tree for her and for Molly (they are blood after all). Sam and Lucky show up with Luke and cookies and they all sit around drinking egg nog and talking… chatting it up. Luke says “Natasha, is there any brandy for this nog?” Everyone just cracks up because it is typical Luke behavior on a holiday.

Maxie, Spinelli, Lulu, and Johnny spend Christmas Eve in their new apartment exchanging gifts and laughing at all of the ancient movies on television and their Christmas tree. It gets so pleased Maxie and Lulu nearly forget they are enemies…nearly. They go outside when it starts snowing and have a huge snowball fight. When it gets late enough and cold enough they venture back inside to change… Maxie and Spinelli end up going to her room together to ‘change’ and Spinelli gets his Christmas wish Johnny and Lulu also go to bed for some holiday cheer.

The Quartermaines spend Christmas in the living room eating pizza and reminiscing about Emily and Alan being gone and what Christmas was like with them. (There would then be a Quartermaine Christmas flashback special) Tracy then surprises everyone when she stands up and says forget the past this year is for the future and says she is going to forgive Luke. She then sets off to find him and make amends.

Robin and Patrick spend Christmas in Robin’s apartment with Matt, Anna, Robert, and of course Emma. Robert reveals he is sorry that he missed so much of Robin’s life which Anna also admits it too, but hindsight is always 20/20. Small Emma smiles for the first time as her family showers her with like. Patrick cements the family bond with announcing that he wants Matt as his best man and has him place the angel on top of the tree.

Finally, Nikolas and Nadine return from the midwest and spend Christmas Eve trotting around Windemere staring at all the enormous pines decorated with gorgeous lights. The snow falls heavier and they kiss underneath the largest tree (Nadine has stopped her random weird babbling). When they return to the mansion Claudia shows up and offers Nikolas a small token of Christmas with a white dove ornament of thanks for previously saving her life. She then leaves with Nikolas thinking maybe he was incorrect about her? Maybe.

I can’t believe I forgot about Mac, that was dumb on my part. Sorry everyone. He would certainly be at Patrick and Robin’s Christmas.
Everything would have to go back to normal after this….so don’t get too upset Port Charles can’t survive without the mob (unfortunately)…haha.
